8.1Verified guest“Hotel on the 2nd floor (actually the 3rd if counting from 0). Reception was fine, checked in, the girl explained everything and advised where to go. Staff remained polite throughout. Breakfast is a standard European buffet (muesli, milk or juice, sliced ham or sausage, cheese, boiled eggs, toasts, croissants and sweet pastries plus tea or coffee). Fruit only appeared one day, possibly because we arrived at opening time. Breakfast runs from 7:30 to 10 AM. We asked for breakfast to take away when leaving early — all fine. Room has a double bed, wardrobe, table, two small nightstands, and a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, towel dryer and hairdryer. Outlets are conveniently placed. The nearest metro is 5 minutes away, Colosseum about 15. We walked everywhere except the Vatican. Airport shuttle bookable at check-in; we took the Aeroexpress from Termini instead.”
